Look no further for that delicious treat you've been looking for!

I said best. I didn't say cheapest LOL

Breakfast Burrito Definition

Hemet's best breakfast burrito is a serious matter. But first a distinction must be made in order to properly rank burritos. Breakfast burritos are those with eggs, potatoes, and some type of meat.

Unlike other burritos, breakfast burritos are always wrapped in flour tortillas. They always have eggs, potatoes, and some type of meat. Unless you don't like meat, which then makes it not a breakfast burrito. You can stop reading if you don't like meat in your breakfast burrito you weirdo.

Eggs - Breakfast Burrito's first mate

Whether you like your eggs over-easy, over-hard, pouched, or scrambled, there is only one way you're getting your eggs in a breakfast burrito. You're getting them scrambled. This isn't an option player.

Potatoes - Breakfast Burrito's main squeeze

No here you can get a little creative with your potatoes. Usually, breakfast burritos come with hash browns inside. However, you can have your potatoes boiled or cooked in a frying pan. But, you will never get mashed potatoes in your breakfast burrito. That would be just insane.

Meats - Your choice

Here you can get a bit creative with your breakfast burrito. You can have your choice of chorrizo ( most women pick this option ), ham, sausage, or bacon. The meat totally depends on your mood for the day. Will chorrizo or sausage be your pick me up?

In other words, this is the only area that you should be getting creative with your breakfast burrito.

Hemet Restaurant Choices

In Hemet, there are a lot of choices for breakfast burritos. I would venture to say that there are more than twenty places you can get your hands on that cylindrical gold.

The top three places to get your hands on a good breakfast burrito are Castanedas, Cotijas, La Cabana Taco Shop.

Castañedas Mexican Food

This is a decent choice for a breakfast burrito. I paid $5.10 for a burrito. I had the ham. The potatoes where not to my liking. They were cooked in a pan and there were diced. I would have to say that I prefer hash browns in my breakfast burrito. I would rank the burrito a 6.25 on a scale of 1 to 10.

Cotijas

Here the breakfast burritos are overprices. Last time I had one I paid more than $6 for one. I had the ham. They use hash browns in theirs. I would say that makes a world of difference. On taste, I'll give it a 8.25. But factor in that it is overpriced, and I would rank it a 7.35.

La Cabaña Taco Shop

This restaurant is located in East Hemet. That's the dangerous side of town. Venture at your own risk. However, they do have a mean breakfast burro. I have had the ham and the sausage there. The ham is my favorite. Here they also use hash brown like Cotijas. But, the price is substantially less than Cotijas. I paid around $5, which is fair market.

This one is my favorite. For taste I give it a 9.015. Factor in the price, I would give it a 9.25.
